Hannah Clothier

“My name is Hannah and I’m here to help you become the best version of yourself!”

Hannah Clothier is a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach at LIV Wellness. She has been with us for over a year now and has become a valuable part of our team and our mission.

Hannah’s own journey with health and wellness began at the age of 15, where she was faced with some health challenges of her own. Taking the initiative, she started learning the importance of proper nutrition and exercise in helping lengthen one’s lifespan and to help prevent chronic disease. She realized that she ultimately had the choice to remain the same, or make lifestyle changes that would lead to optimal health and wellness. This was a personal choice that she made for herself, but she didn’t know until years later that she would one day follow a career path to help others make this same choice.

Her goal is not only to help people remove weight and improve health, but to help her clients feel empowered. She also believes that your health is your wealth, and that optimal wellness is not only the secret to preventing and curing chronic disease, but also the secret to living your life to it’s fullest. With her education and passion, Hannah wants to help clients become the best version of themselves and create changes that will last a lifetime.

Hannah says, “I want people to know that they have always had what it takes. I want people to feel proud of themselves, and for them to know how wildly capable they are of achieving great things and conquering their goals.”

Hannah is a Certified Personal Trainer with a certification from NASM and also manages the LIV Wellness Cleanse Program.

Hannah’s training style combines cardiovascular activities with strength training and functional movements, including balance and flexibility. Her specialty is circuit style High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).  

Because nutrition is an essential component for achieving optimal health, Hannah also offers nutrition tips to help people achieve their goals. She knows the power of real, whole foods, and how much better eating healthy can make you feel.
