What has your LIV Wellness experience been like?

Challenging, educational and rewarding.

What first made you realize you wanted to make a healthy lifestyle change?

Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, always felt bloated.

What was the most challenging thing you had to face during your lifestyle change, and how did you ultimately overcome it?

My challenge was to not look at this as a diet that would fail again but a journey to learn about healthy eating and how to prepare the food. When I looked at it this way it became fun! My energy level is off the chart (most of the time)!

What is your biggest piece of advice for others who are looking to make a similar lifestyle change?

It is hard at first but gets easier along the way. I never felt hungry.
