Cleanse FAQ

  • How long are the juices good for? 5 days in the refrigerator.
  • How are the juices made? The produce is cold-pressed through masticating juicer.
  • Is the juice organic? Yes, all of the ingredients in our juices are organic.
  • How many calories per day am I consuming during the cleanse? Each day of the cleanse you consume approximately 1000 calories.
  • Is the juice pasteurized? No, our juices are not pasteurized. Please consult with a physician before consuming if you are pregnant.
  • Is separation normal? The fiber naturally separates in our juices, we recommend shaking each juice before consuming.
  • Are the bottles BPA free? Yes.
  • What is the purpose of a cleanse? The purpose of a cleanse is to draw toxins out and give your body a chance to rest and reset.
  • Who should do the 3 Day Cleanse? Everyone and anyone! Must have written parental consent if under the age of 18.
  • How challenging is it to do the 3 Day Cleanse? The 3 Day cleanse is more of a mental challenge; mind over matter!
  • Can I exercise while on the 3 Day Cleanse? Gentle, moderate exercise is permitted.
  • Can I eat small amounts of solid foods on the 3 Day Cleanse? Each individual is unique and should consult with our Nutrition Coach before altering their 3 Day Cleanse plan.
  • How many times per year should I do the 3 Day Cleanse? We recommend doing the 3 Day Cleanse with every season change, up to 4 times per year.
  • Do I have to do the enema to be successful? It is strongly recommended that an individual doing the 3 Day Cleanse complete all steps for maximum results.
  • What if I am allergic to an ingredient in one of the juices? Customization is an option.  Please consult with our Nutrition Coach about any food sensitivities or allergies prior to ordering your cleanse.

  • Is the LIV Lifestyle a “diet”? No. We are anti-diet! It is a lifestyle that is intended for the rest of your life. We teach our clients how to navigate real life situations and challenges and still maintain their health goals.
  • Will I feel like I’m starving? No. All meal plans are designed for optimal nourishment, minimizing cravings and maximizing satiety.
  • Do the meal plans follow macros? Only if requested, please consult with our Nutrition Coach. This is a lifestyle, not a diet!
  • Do the meal plans count calories? We focus on nutrient density and balance.
  • Do I have to buy all organic? No. We recommend using the EWG Dirty Dozen/Clean Fifteen guide when choosing produce. We strongly encourage purchasing all animal products organic and grass-fed.
  • Are meal plans customized? Yes. We tailor our meal plans to fit your health goals and preferences.

Personal Training FAQ

  • What type of training does LIV offer? Each individual is different and our training is customized to fit their goals and physical abilities. Typically our workouts are a combination of circuit and HIIT training. We offer holistic training covering flexibility, cardio, balance, strength, and mobility.
  • What training session lengths does LIV offer? 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour.
  • Are there shower facilities available? No.
  • What hours are training offered? Our training sessions are 1:1 and by appointment only.
  • Do you offer group workouts? Yes. Experience dynamic 45-minute sessions with intimate groups of just 6 participants per class, fostering focused training within a vibrant and supportive community atmosphere.
